Brexit: farm animal welfare discussed at roundtable

The EU Energy and Environment Sub-Committee have launched a short inquiry into the implications of Brexit on farm animal welfare.This inquiry is complementary to the Committee's inquiry into Brexit: agriculture and will explore issues associated with farm animal welfare and Brexit in more detail. The Committee will host a roundtable discussion with industry representatives, academics and NGOs to inform the inquiry.
