The Women and Equalities Committee questions employers as part of its inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace.

What we will cover
The session will focus on:
- leadership and action by employers to assess the risk and prevalence of sexual harassment in their workplace and action taken to prevent it
- the role of regulators in overseeing employer actions to tackle sexual harassment
- how culture change can be achieved
- overcoming barriers to reporting
- employer policies and practices to ensure that reports are dealt with appropriately
