In the sixth session of its inquiry, the Women and Equalities Committee returns to the issue of an individual's ability to enforce their rights under the Equality Act 2010.

Purpose of the session

This week, legal experts from the EHRC will be questioned on issues including enforcement routes and the impact on the individual, remedies, courts and tribunals, cost and legal aid.
