Committee question the Devolved Governments about the UK's response to Covid-19

The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee takes evidence from Devolved Government Ministers on Tuesday 23 June. Gordon Lyons MLA, Mike Russell MSP and Jeremy Miles AM will represent their Governments on behalf of the First Ministers of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The session forms part of the Committee's inquiry into the response to Covid-19 and the Coronavirus Act.

Purpose of the session

The session will examine the UK's response to Coronavirus, focusing on particular on the Coronavirus Act, the lockdown regulations and differences in easing them, the effectiveness of intergovernmental relations and the co-ordination of the UK's response to the Covid-19 pandemic. It will also explore what a public inquiry into the UK's response to coronavirus should look like.
