Minister questioned on Whitehall's relationship with Kids Company

The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) takes evidence on the relationship between Kids Company and central government between 2010 and 2015. The session examines funding awarded to the charity, including that awarded in June on the basis of a ministerial direction.
