On 15 June 2021 the Committee considered all e-petitions which had reached over 10,000 signatures and received a Government response, and e-petitions that had received a revised response. The Committee also considered e-petitions with over 100,000 signatures that were awaiting debate.

The Committee agreed to debate this petition on 28 June 2021.

Petitions with over 10,000 signatures

1. Add social workers to the professions it is an additional offence to assault.
The Committee agreed to request revised response.

2. Ban the use of peat in horticulture and all growing media by 2023.
The Committee noted the Government’s response.

3. Do not vaccinate children against COVID-19 until Phase 3 trials are complete.

10. Stamp duty holiday to be triggered upon exchange of contracts.
