Secretary of State questioned on priorities for upcoming NATO summit

The Defence Committee holds the final session of the inquiry examining US, NATO and UK defence relations.

The Committee has heard from a range of witnesses and will take the opportunity to challenge the Secretary of State on his priorities for the upcoming NATO summit, how the UK intends to support NATO modernisation and adaptation, and the way in which he intends to sustain the close working relationship between the UK and US militaries. The Committee intend to publish its report in advance of the NATO summit in July.
