Committee to question industry and trade bodies on defence procurement and prosperity

The Defence Committee's inquiry is examining the defence industrial policy of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), exploring procurement policy in relation to UK prosperity and the Department's impact on the defence supply chain.

Purpose of the session

The Defence Committee holds its second oral evidence session for the Committee's inquiry into procurement and prosperity. The focus of this session is on the challenges of doing business with the MoD from an industry perspective. It will also explore the implications of Covid-19 on defence industry and the attractiveness of the UK defence market for investment.
