Third edition of guidance on proceedings for hybrid House and provisions for Grand Committee published

The Procedure and Privileges Committee met on 22 September to agree amendments to the arrangements for hybrid proceedings and hybrid Grand Committees. The Committee's revised guidance on proceedings in the hybrid House which includes guidance on proceedings in hybrid Grand Committee has been published today and takes effect from Monday 28 September.
