Members of Lords EU Committee attend 58th COSAC in Estonia

What is COSAC?
The Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC) was established in 1989. It meets biannually, in whichever country holds the rotating Presidency of the EU, giving members of parliamentary committees and the European Parliament an opportunity to discuss issues of current concern.
Delegation
The Lords delegation is led by the EU Energy and Environment Sub-Committee Chairman, Lord Teverson. Baroness Neville-Rolfe (Financial Affairs Sub-Committee) and Earl of Kinnoull (Justice Sub-Committee) will also attend the conference.
Subjects under discussion
Debates will be held in the course of the conference on a variety of topics including the future of the European Union, bringing Europe closer to its citizens, migration and the digital single market.
