Government ministers give evidence on broadcasting in Wales

Edward Vaizey MP, Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries, and Alun Cairns MP, Parliamentary under-Secretary of State for Wales, appear before the Welsh Affairs Committee on Wednesday 24 February as part of their inquiry into broadcasting in Wales.
