Purpose of the session
The Committee will ask witnesses, including former Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Rt Hon. the Lord Hammond of Runnymede, questions on:
- National Infrastructure Strategy
- The 2020 update to the Green Book
- The role of infrastructure in the recovery from covid-19
- Political interference in the appraisal and delivery process
- Place-based and environmental factors in the appraisal process
- Skills
