The Committee has agreed to publish its Fifth Special Report of Session 2017–19, Intercity East Coast Franchise: Government Response to Committee's Fifth Report (HC 1729), at 11.00am on Friday 23 November 2018.
The report will be available on the Transport Committee's website shortly after the publication hour has passed.
The Committee published its Report on the Intercity East Coast Rail franchise on 12 September 2018.
