Heathrow expansion: surface access, noise and air quality implications examined

The Transport Committee hears from local authorities as well as Deputy Mayor of London for Transport Val Shawcross CBE, to understand what the surface access, noise and air quality implications are from Heathrow expansion. The Committee also hears from community groups to understand what expansion means for nearby residents.
