MPs question Scottish Government Minister on Scottish-UK relations

In the last session in its inquiry into the relationship between the Scottish and UK Governments, the Scottish Affairs Committee will hear from Michael Russell MSP, the Scottish Government's Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations.

Members will question the Scottish Government minister on how the two governments' divergent views on Brexit have impacted relations over the last few years. The Committee will also consider the role of the Scotland Office, Whitehall's understanding of devolution, and potential reforms to improve the existing intergovernmental machinery.
