Secretary of State explains statement on post-study visas

Chair's comment
Chairman of the Scottish Affairs Committee, Pete Wishart, commented:
"It is unacceptable that the Secretary of State has made this statement at this time. He has ignored the opinions of politicians, including those from his own party, in Scotland, and shown a lack of respect to this committee as it is in the middle of completing an inquiry into the visa issue.
We expect Mr Mundell to give a full explanation of his actions before the committee on Tuesday."
