English votes for English laws examined with academics

The Procedure Committee is undertaking a technical evaluation of how the procedural changes implementing Government policy on 'English votes for English laws', introduced in October 2015, have worked in practice. The Committee is following up issues raised in its interim report on EVEL published in October 2015.
