The Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy questions representatives of two local resilience forums (LRFs) – London and Cleveland – about the role of LRFs, local authorities and local responders in planning for and responding to the impact of extreme weather events and other effects of climate change on CNI. The panel also includes an independent academic expert on climate adaptation, Professor Jim Hall.
