Concerns about criminal legal aid examined

The Justice Committee holds an evidence session into criminal legal aid.

The purpose of this session is to provide an opportunity for the solicitors' profession to explain their current concerns about criminal legal aid, in particular their concerns about reforms to the Litigators' Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS).
