The Justice Committee holds its final evidence session in its inquiry on Restorative justice, hearing from the Victims' Commissioner, Community Rehabilitation Companies, the National Probation Service and the Minister for Policing.

Purpose of the session
To examine the Victims' Commissioner's recent report on restorative justice and the work of Community Rehabilitation Companies and the National Probation Service in providing restorative justice. The Committee will also hear from the Minister responsible, Rt Hon Mike Penning MP.
