The work of the Lord Chief Justice examined

The Justice Committee will discuss with the Lord Chief Justice the capacity of the courts system to deal with outstanding cases across the criminal and civil systems in England and Wales in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak and consider how the court system is performing in general.
