Call for Evidence

Terms of reference

The Treasury Committee is planning to take oral evidence on Tuesday 27 June from the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR). The Committee is inviting written submissions and would welcome evidence on: 

• The PSR’s performance  
• The PSR’s Annual Plan for 2023/24 

• Progress on the PSR’s market reviews on cross border interchange fees and card scheme and processing fees (see PSR’s update here)

Deadline for submissions

The Committee would welcome written submissions by Tuesday 20 June.
